Fulfillment/Packing/Shipping for Boutique E-Commerce Floral Warehouse (Wilsonville)

Looking for an individual for our boutique e-commerce floral warehouse - includes fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory, organization, quality control, among other tasks. Sharp attention to detail, sharp thinking skills, self-starter, reliability, and efficiency are an absolute must. Floral experience a plus but not necessary, but must be willing to learn floral basics (we will train you) in order to excel in this position. (For those with floral experience, there is an opportunity to add a more creative aspect to the position in addition to fulfillment duties. And for those with client outreach/sales skills, there may be an opportunity to include this within your duties.) Scheduling is somewhat flexible (days and hours). Position will be part-time to start and can become up to full-time if preferred and by the right individual. – please let us know your general availability (days and times) and preferred number of hours per week. We are located in Wilsonville (right off the 5 freeway, near Costco/Target) - must have reliable car, valid ID and insurance. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: • Order Fulfillment (e-commerce) • Manage product inventory, stocking, and keep products/warehouse organized • Manage daily operations, Track work flow and productivity and provide instruction etc. when necessary • Personal Assistant (to the general manager) and Administrative tasks • Floral + Greenery Preparation • Preparing Packing Materials and Boxes • Clean-Up • Running Errands / Pick-Ups • Miscellaneous Tasks NECESSARY SKILLS: • Acute attention to detail • Sharp thinking skills • Fast-Paced and Efficient Hard-Worker • Self-Starter, Able to work independently and as a team member • Reliable and Honest • Strong communication skills (oral and written) • Basic Office and Administrative Functions (Word, Excel, PDF, email, phone, etc.) • Pass Background Check • Should have car with valid DL and insurance • Experience with flowers (a plus, but not necessary) • Able to lift 30 pounds and stand for long parts / all of the day Please email us with: • Your contact info (email and phone number) • Your days and time of availability • Preferred number of hours per week • Your experience with fulfillment/shipping or florals, if any!
