Positions Available: 1 Sales Representatives (1099 Commission-Based) Sell full-scope remodeling projects: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, room additions, ADUs, and more. How It Works: - Meet daily at our Poway showroom for a 2-hour morning training and sales meeting- Receive your leads, head to appointments, create rapport and excitement- Then bring customers into the showroom for professional, pressure-free closing- No hard-closing, high-pressure tactics we sell through value and experience Commission Structure: - Paid training- 1099 position unlimited earnings- You earn 50% of the profit after job costs and company margin- Company margin is 32% on company leads- Company margin drops to 27% on self-generated leads- Paid in two stages: 50% at job start, 50% at completion - Top reps are earning $10,000$20,000/month 2 Door-to-Door Canvassers (Hourly + Bonuses) Generate leads by knocking doors and setting appointments for our remodeling consultants. How It Works: - Meet daily at the Poway showroom for training and assignments- Canvass designated areas with your team- Use your own vehicle or ride with a canvassing manager- Your goal: spark interest and set qualified appointments Pay Structure: - $16.50/hour base pay- $20 bonus per appointment that sits for a quote- 1% of total contract value if the appointment sells- Paid training provided- No experience necessary just bring a positive attitude 3 Canvassing Manager (Experienced Canvasser/Team Leader) Lead and manage a daily canvassing team in the field. Requirements: - Must have experience as a canvasser- Experience managing a canvassing team is a big plus- Must have reliable transportation How It Works: - Meet daily at the Poway showroom- Pick up canvassers and drive them to the designated area- Actively knock doors with your team, keep morale high- Confirm lead quality and manage team accountability Pay Structure: - $16.50/hour base pay- $10 bonus for every appointment your team gets a price quote on- 0.5% of the total contract value of every sold appointment your team books- Paid training included- Opportunity to grow into higher leadership roles Who Were Looking For: - Outgoing, energetic, and coachable individuals- Reliable transportation- Sales or canvassing experience (not required, except for manager role)- Self-starters who want to grow- Bilingual a plus Location: San Diego & surrounding areas.
