Room for rent in recording studio (UES)

I have a small room in my recording studio that needs to be cleaned out, but it be perfect for pre production/ edit bay/band rehearsal - it’s open for different uses. Because of the condition of the room, there would be no deposit, but I would need you to get the room in order and to your liking. It used to be a small classroom. You would have a key and would be able to go and come as you please You will be restricted to your part of the Studio 7 feet by 14 feet. $750 a month plus electric.
