Lot rent is $350/month and includes the double driveway on private land to park and live in your camper plus the full house for workshop or storage. (House not livable) But usable for day stuff. The double driveway is where you can park your camper is all yours space plus the indoor of the house to use during the day for storage or workshop area. Bring your camper and park in the front double driveway. The house is good for storage of your stuff. indoor storage or workshop space. This is for storage only or workshop. not living. It is a full house building. 1 bedroom, main room ,vaulted kitchen and dining room, hall and laundry room, etc full house to rent for storage only. House is not livable and has no utilities, no electric,no plumbing,no heat, no ac, it's just a dry interior house that has never got finished fixing up. So it's perfect for storage. $350/month small house interior storage bring all your stuff and lock it all in the house. Quiet peaceful town. House for storage only no living in it. I don't have the time to finish it up yet or the do all the electric and plumbing. So it's perfect for storage at this point. $350/month you can get a lot of stuff in here. Kitchen dining room is vaulted ceilings and main room, bedroom laundry room normal rooms too fill it all up with your stuff. You keep the keys. Just pay rent storage. It's great if you have alot of stuff because there's so much room.
