Description

Scale AI, Inc. in San Francisco, CA seeks Operations Associate. Responsibilities: Scale is at the forefront of enabling Machine Learning across multiple industries including self-driving cars, mapping and robotics. The Operations Associate will use their education in Business, Social Sciences, Communications or a related field (or foreign equivalent) to solve complex operational problems and deep dive to improve training for specific projects, ensuing Scale meets customer commitments in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality standards. As such, the Operations Associate is responsible for ruining solutions, tools and processes to ensure timely delivery of Scale’s services while maintaining high-quality standards. Specific duties include: developing and driving Scale’s critical operational processes by assisting in improving instructions and training’s on projects for Scale’s top contributors; owning operations strategy, contributor management, day-to-day delivery of customer commitments, creating an effective feedback loop between the front-line, product, strategy and customers by leading a team of tasker managers and acting as a liaison between customer needs and tasker communication; conducting structured data analyses by using tools such as SQL, Python or Mode Notepad scripting and facilitating data-informed decision-making that will aid leadership in clarifying management objectives and problem identification; collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers; assisting leadership in clarifying management objectives, identifying potential problems, and recommending data-informed solutions; and other duties as assigned. The employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report directly to Scale AI, Inc. headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Salary Range: $125,000-$155,000 Education: Master’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Communications or related field (or foreign equivalent). Requirements: 1 years of experience in the job offered or related; 1 year of experience analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities for operational/organizational optimization; 1 year of experience developing long-term plans that align with organizational goals; 1 year of experience identifying potential risks in project execution and developing strategies to mitigate them; and 1 year of experience working effectively with various departments, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
