Assistant Property Supervisor Position Description • Create and/ or modify memos, reports, and templates • Issue notices and communicate with residents in a customer-service-oriented approach and in compliance with state and local laws • Review applications, credit checks, verify income/ employment, resident history, and create lease to submit to Property Supervisor. • Create written communication with owners, resident managers, tenants, prospective tenants, and vendors. • Approve vendors’ work, check with Portfolio Managers the work was completed, and submit invoices for payment. • Record rents, report delinquencies, and create required notices • Follow up with residents to collect all outstanding balances. • Provide vendor’s status of payments or clarify any billing issues. • Process vendor invoices. • Set up new residents in the property management-specific system. • Assist current residents by providing information related to their accounts and accepting maintenance requests. • Other general office or accounting duties as required.
