New Yorkese is seeking 1 experienced pizza cook to join our team. Candidates must have a great attitude. Be able to handle a very busy service and most importantly work well with others. Pizza experience is preferred but we are willing to train the rite candidate with a great attitude. How does making pizza on a rooftop located in downtown Boulder, Co with views of the flatirons sound? Candidates must be available on weekends and work PM night shifts. New Yorkese was founded by chef Steven Redzikowski owner of Oak at Fourteenth, Smok, Bellota, & Brider restaurants. With experience working in highly acclaimed restaurants accross the US, his career began at the age of 15 at a pizzeria in his hometown in New York. The dream of opening up his own pizzeria & the search for the perfect pizza in Colorado led him to masterfully create his own balance of ingredients to create a perfectly crispy, perfectly flavored pizza dough.
