We're seeking a self motivated, detail oriented Part-time Marketing & Data Assistant a few hours a week to support our high performing real estate team with administrative, marketing, and data tasks. If you're reliable, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a knack for staying organized, we'd love to hear from you! This can be a remote job with coming in office a few times a month to meet and discuss marketing plans. Compensation is by the hour a few hours each week. Initially we will need help more and then once we get the systems in place it will be about 5 hours a week.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Open the Action Labor Bonita Springs office in the morning and close the branch location as needed. Develop a rapport with the temporary employees, which will enable keeping order and facilitate smooth dispatching. Prepare work tickets for dispatching, enter the respective information in the computer system and pay the temporary employees at the end of the day. Maintain records and files as required. Recruit temporary workers. Assist in increasing sales, developing both new and existing customers and providing all aspects of customer service. Able to implement procedures for handling emergency situations when they occur. Able to implement policies and procedures and coordinate compliance with all federal, state and local government laws in order to run the Branch office. Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Must have a good personality to interact with the temporary staff and control the flow of work. Must have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
