HIGHCAP SUPPORT/SERVICES PROVIDED: Full administrative support to create marketing flyers, exclusive packages, pitch books and personalized promotional items to promote you and your deals Paid online & print advertising for exclusive deals and deals sold Multiple online subscriptions for property & owner information, as well as mortgage and tenant information Private, internal listings database Full service office and 24/7 access to our principals for full support INVESTMENT SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION: All associates will be trained and educated, with senior mentorship provided, and will be working in a team-oriented environment. SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATES / ASSOCIATE BROKERS: Get access to the firms extensive buyer database to help sell your listings as well as access to the firm’s quiet and off market deals to offer to your clients for sale. Excellent Bonus compensation program. COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE BROKERS: Highcap Group is very active in the financing side of the business being led by industry vet Mike Volpe, providing equity and debt solutions to investors & developers for acquisition, refinance, development, mezz & bridge loans. OFFICE/RETAIL/INDUSTRIAL LEASING BROKERS: Highcap is also engaging in leasing properties out for our good clients and referrals, and we are building up a team of leasing brokers to handle the firms leasing listings and engage in tenant representation. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Sale, finance, or lease of investment properties • Effectively structure and negotiate transactions from conception to finalization • Prepare proposals and offers • Market and position assets • Develop a client base • Conduct and maintain relationships with industry and trade associations, vendors and professional organizations Requirements: • Strong interest in real estate investment properties and/or financing • Analytical and strategic mind-set • Aggressive, competitive and action-motivated work approach • Excellent managerial and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Comfortable with Internet-based research • Strong work ethic To learn more about the company, please visit our website at www.highcapgroup.com or feel free to email us.
