THE JOB (What You'll Actually Do): Average 3,500-4,000 miles per week. Be early to pick up loads. Be early to delivery. Document everything in Samsara. Answer when dispatch calls. Don't hit things. That's it. That's the job. THE STANDARDS (Non-Negotiable): - 10+ hours drive time daily (we track this) - Answer Dispatch (we track this too) - Submit your paperwork (no exceptions) - Run the load, don't let the load run you. THE MONEY (Real Numbers from Real Drivers): - Odometer Miles. - Bonused monthly on Miles. - Bonused weekly on Drive Time. - Paid for inconveniences: detention, stops, etc. Bottom Line: Expect $2k+ paychecks weekly.
