🚚🚚DELIVERY DRIVERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!!

We are a growing company looking for Independent Contractors to provide scheduled pickup and delivery services. This is a 1099 position! Opportunity to grow! Delivery experience preferred but not required! Great earning potential for those who qualify! Deliveries are similar to Amazon flex or FedEx ground. DRIVER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Must be at least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes); * Able to read map/GPS * Load and unload products from company vehicles. * Hours vary depending on number of deliveries each day. Must have the ability to work flexible hours. * Must provide excellent customer service at each delivery and work with management to ensure timely deliveries. * Requires a standard driver's license with a clean driving record (throughout employment). * Must pass a criminal background check. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : * Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time while performing physical labor. SUCCESSFUL COMPETENCY FACTORS: Apply DMV laws/regulations, safe driving habits, use of good judgment, problem solving, decision making, communication skills and ability to follow directions from supervisors. Professional and interpersonal skills are required to successfully work with staff. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be organized, able to efficiently manage time, be productive and able to report daily activities. COMPENSATION: Delivery routes average anywhere from 40-60 stops per route.
