Culture: Work with an "engineering-first" team committed to doing IT right. --- --- Compensation Structure: This is a commission-heavy role with a guaranteed base rate. Base Pay: $20 per hour. Month-to-month Recurring Revenue Commission: First 3 Months: 5% of any recurring contract's revenue that you closed. 4th Month: 100% of any recurring contract's revenue that you closed. For example, if a customer signs for $1,000 per month of services, you would see $50+$50+$50+$1000 (month 1, 2, 3, 4). Non-Recurring Revenue Commission: 5% of non-recurring revenue (project fees, one-time sales) of closed sales on your accounts. Upfront Payout: For multi-month contracts, all recurring revenue bonuses will be consolidated into one upfront payment made after the contract is signed and payment is processed. Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify new business leads for awallaby's managed services and IT projects. - Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails, and professional networking. - Support the sales team in preparing proposals and sales materials. - Learn to articulate the value of solutions like Helpdesk, Device Management, Infrastructure, and AI Integration. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science). - Strong interest in B2B sales and technology/IT services. - Highly motivated, articulate, and professional communication skills. - No prior sales experience is required, but a desire to learn and a competitive spirit are a must.
