I am a freelance CAD designer and have been so here in the PNW for over 5 years now. I am available for contract/per project work preferably remote but will agree to working in your office with you/your staff as needed. My last Civil Engineer I worked for 3 years has alas, retired and I'm in search of a few good clients to replace him. I have excellent local references. All this year, I'm studying A.I. and teaching myself to build workflows beneficial to some daily tasks in the AEC field. Making good progress except, until I get it fully developed and marketed, I still need a paycheck. I will work on hourly rate ($65/hour - 2 hour minimum) or lump sum by project. I am excellent in Civil 3d. I can teach it seriously. But I'm also very fast in my workflow using clean templates, my styles, etc. 9 times out of 10 when I receive a CAD project set from a "professional" firm it's basically a huge pile of crap they expect me to mold into a chocolate cake. They never have time to do it right the first time or even the second time actually. I am also good in 3d Architectural modeling; CNC machine parts, architectural components, etc. I just bought a new fast computer so ready to go!!
