Responsibilities Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for building facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and EMS, card access systems hydraulics, and electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage applications. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory management, and reporting. Perform routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to assess system performance.. Ensuring timely response to maintenance requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
