Signature Plastering has been operating in southern California for over 20yrs providing custom stucco finishes to our clients. Qualifications - Ability to use basic hand and trade tools. - Ability to listen and follow instructions. - Must be physically able to handle the rigors of the job. - Minimum 2-years' experience in plastering. - Valid driver's license. - Reliable transportation to and from work. - Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Plaster Technicians will also work on interior and exterior stucco repairs on commercial and residential jobs, and their responsibilities are the following: mix scratch coat in the correct consistency and apply, mix brown coat to correct consistency and apply, mix stucco cement with color packs to apply custom color finishes using machine gun application or hand trowel technique. Also, will assist in setup of scaffolding on jobsite on a job-to-job basis. This job requires a lot of physical exertion. Examples: heavy lifting, standing on ladders and scaffolding while working, mixing materials using hand tools or mixer. We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and leadership. Someone who has good attention to detail, is capable of working with others, and with help us delivery excellent service to our client's satisfaction. Driver's license is required as from time to time you may be asked to pick up materials or simply to drive a company vehicle to the jobsite. Replace, install frame components and basic diagnose of electronic control systems. Replace, install, service and diagnose charging systems, clutches and drive lines, and suspensions systems. Will inspect and identify vehicle conditions on different types of equipment such as tractors, trailers, or mixers. Will install, select, or identify proper tire replacements & legal limit knowledge. Diagnose and repair vehicle system engine failure and vehicle system transmission & gear box failure. Follow manufacture service and troubleshooting procedures, diagnose and repair vehicle system. Diagnose and repair vehicle Aftertreatment systems, Advance Electrical systems, Air brake system and brake valve diagnose. Diagnose and repair vehicle Hydraulic system failure. Diagnose and repair HVAC failure diagnose. Complete all maintenance duties as assigned, and repair all equipment on property including, but not limited to, diesel, plant, or yard equipment. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep vehicles and equipment in compliance with DOT and company standards. Minimum Education and Experience High school diploma. 4+ years of heavy-duty tractor maintenance experience. 4+ years experience of work on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Must have own tools. Preferred Education and Experience Associates degree, technical school certificate or equivalent experience. 5+ years of heavy-duty tractor maintenance experience. 5+ years experience of work on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. 3+ years experience welding.
