Front-End Loader Operator – Entry Level (Modesto Area) Starting pay: $20 per hour Typical annual pay: $46,000–$60,000 with overtime Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Saturday (overtime available) Are you experienced with front-end loaders, skid steers, tractors, or backhoes—especially in a dairy or agricultural setting? If so, we want you! We’re a local, family-run company looking for reliable loader operators who take pride in working safely, efficiently, and as part of a strong team. This is an entry-level position, but prior loader experience is strongly preferred. We’ve found that applicants with real equipment experience perform best in this role. This is a non-union, hourly position best suited for operators seeking consistent, year-round work rather than union or prevailing-wage jobs.
