About the role Household with two preschoolers seeks a dependable, proactive professional to handle day-to-day housekeeping and childcare. We value calm authority, clear routines, and consistency. Schedule Weekdays, roughly 40 hours total: Mon–Thu: ~11:00–6:00 (one midweek day runs later to ~8:00) Fri: ~12:00–9:00 Occasional Sat morning support (~8:00–11:00) Some evenings/overnights as needed with advance notice. Core responsibilities Whole-home upkeep: cleaning, laundry/ironing, organization, light shopping/errands Caring for two young children (preschool age) School drop-off/pick-up; driving to activities/playdates Simple meal/snack prep for kids Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured environment What you’ll bring Experience in both childcare and housekeeping (references required) Confident, firm-but-kind approach—comfortable setting boundaries and following through Skill with positive discipline for strong-willed, high-energy listeners-in-progress Organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record Eligible to work in the U.S.; non-smoker Compensation & details $35–$45/hour, DOE Full-time, ~40 hours/week Long-term fit preferred To apply Email a brief introduction and resume; qualified candidates will be contacted.
