Requirements You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. You have at least 3 years of professional experience with Rust and hands-on experience with Rust testing tools (e.g., cargo test, property-based testing with quickcheck). Familiarity with Rust tooling (Cargo, Clippy, rustfmt), module and crate management. Experience with code review, quality analysis, and identifying/fixing code smells and type issues⁠ Familiar with test integration in CI/CD environments. Experience using, integrating, or tutoring others with AI solutions or LLMs in Rust/test automation contexts. Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above. You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines. Proven experience as a Java Developer and in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot framework. Experience with database design concepts and data modeling for RDBMS (MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) with a strong focus on FinOps best practices and experience implementing cost-saving solutions. English-speaking environment, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin preferred. We have various Entry-Level IT projects available including new desktop hardware deployments(computers, monitors) and corporate office relocation's (disconnect/reconnect of desktop hardware). Each assignment can be a single day event or multiple day projects. Technicians can participate in all available days of a project or just the days of their availability.
