Qualifications: -Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living settings is preferred. -Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities. -Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor changes in health status effectively. -Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members. -Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient support. -A compassionate approach towards providing direct support while fostering independence among clients. -Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Seeking a 40 years of age or older freelance, female home health aid to assist elderly walker-dependent woman in the morning/afternoon, or overnight. There are three distinct shifts throughout the day, the first being 7am-2pm, then 2pm-10pm, and lastly 10pm-7am. Required assistance includes helping with walker and transport chair when going to and from bathroom, preventing a fall while doing so. Lifting is not part of that assistance. Dinner service is with prepared meals kits, but on occasion light cooking or food preparation will be necessary. Compensation for the overnight shift is $25./hr. CMT/Adm. assistant position. Must be bilingual English/Spanish. Position requires up to 3 months working on the floor as CMT. Must be flexible as you may need to cover other shifts. Administrative training periodically during this time. Duties include scheduling for CNA/CMT staff and rides for appointments (also backup driver).
