We are a rapidly growing general contracting firm providing both residential and commercial construction services across the Greater Los Angeles area. We are currently looking for reliable, skilled, and motivated Remodeler / Construction Tradesmen to join our team for ongoing renovation and new build projects. POSITION DETAILS: * Type: Full-time, Contract-Based * Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) * Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) * Start Date: Immediate openings available KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform hands-on work across multiple trades including: *Framing, drywall, taping, mudding, and texture *Interior and exterior painting *Light electrical, mechanical, and plumbing *Flooring installation (laminate, tile, etc.) *Demolition and job site cleanup *Skim coating, and texture spraying (hopper and machine) * Read and follow project scopes, blueprints, and work orders * Maintain job site safety and cleanliness * Communicate with site leads and project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time and to spec REQUIREMENTS: * 3–5 years of hands-on experience in general construction or remodeling (residential and/or multi-family preferred) * Must have own reliable transportation * Must bring your own tools (basic hand and power tools) * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a crew WHAT WE OFFER: * Consistent work on active job sites across DTLA and Torrance (minimum 4 days a week) * Flexible scheduling options * Paid time off (after probation period) * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative, team-oriented environment Call & Text: 310-739-8190
