What We Do: Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. What You’ll Do: The coder is responsible for correctly and timely coding of all medical record; manage daily workload, follow up on missing charts, review charts to determine correct procedure and diagnosis codes, and other projects as assigned.
