The Role The Design Coordinator is a key player within our product development team, responsible for helping shape the visual identity of our books from manuscript to final print ready design file. This role combines creative vision with project management, collaborating across editorial, marketing, and production to ensure every title reflects the brand and resonates with readers. Key Responsibilities by Stage Stage 1: Concept Development Support Creative Director in researching the tone, genre, and audience of each manuscript. Assist with creating moodboards, visual references, and design inspiration to help establish the overall direction.
