We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our in-store team in New York City. In this role, you’ll focus on customer-facing sales and service—assisting walk-in shoppers, guiding them through telecom product options, and helping them make confident purchasing decisions. Your primary focus will be building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through excellent in-person service.
