




Position Overview Our boutique tax advisory firm seeks a part-time accountant/bookkeeper with proven expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Candidates must have extensive experience using accounting software in a public accounting environment, including third-party applications that integrate with QuickBooks to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy. The ability to troubleshoot software issues, manage system integrations, and maintain operational efficiency is essential. Requirements Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Experience integrating third-party applications with QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail Experience preparing payroll for clients Capability to complete assignments accurately and on schedule with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team player who interfaces well with staff/client Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting software and optimizing integrations
