Looking for qualified candidate to help maintain day to day logistics/transportation requirements for growing recycling company. Duties include: * Coordinate daily pickups for all drivers, including internal transfers and external customer pickups. * Maintain calendar and update team on status of activities during each day. This includes checking on drivers and external vendors for status throughout the day. * Order shipping containers and provide any required docs for container shipments. Follow up on status of containers until arrival at port of destination. * Enter pickup activities in company's intranet website. * Help coordinate equipment maintenance schedule for company trucks, trailers, and end dumps. Skills/Qualifications: 2-3 Years Logistics Experience, Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Listening, Multi-tasking, Customer Service, General Math Skills, Promoting Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Thoroughness, Quality Focus, Experience Working With Microsoft Word/Excel, Sense of Ownership, Spanish Speaking a Plus Please submit resume if interested.
