The Role BurnBot is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing RX Field Operations team. The ideal candidate must have experience in Wildland Firefighting and/or prescribed fire. This role will be responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of equipment, conducting mechanical and prescribed fire fuel treatments, upholding company safety standards, working with team members on a number of tasks that promote and enhance BurnBot’s mission, and a focus to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. This role is a non-exempt role with an hourly rate $26-$28. This role requires travel up to 75% of the time, typically in two-week rotations. As part of our regional deployment model, teams are assigned to projects across the Western U.S., supporting fuels reduction efforts where they’re needed most.
