What Might Your Day Include? * Housekeeping and cooking * Providing transportation * Medication assistance (training provided) * Personal care (toileting, feeding, bathing, transfers) * Community outings and on-the-go support Schedules & Shifts: * Schedules are built around the client’s needs—from a few hours a day to 24/7 support * We offer overnight, weekend, and flexible shifts * Yes, you’ll get paid for overnight “sleep” shifts where applicable Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Valid CA driver’s license (3+ years), reliable vehicle, and auto insurance * Able to pass background and drug screening (we pay!) * Eligible to work in the U.S. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain – we’ll pay!) * Experience supporting behavioral needs strongly preferred We welcome and celebrate diversity.
