About the Role: We are a remodeling company seeking a dynamic individual to join our Folsom team as a Office Admin to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our Handy Pro Services division. This role is critical to ensure a smooth workflow between our customers and technicians by managing scheduling, rescheduling, and inbound communication with professionalism and clarity. Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests. • Schedule and reschedule jobs based on technician availability and customer needs. • Serve as the communication bridge between customers and field staff. • Input and update job details in scheduling software. • Support daily office operations to keep jobs running on time and efficiently. Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to translate customer concerns into actionable instructions for technicians. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Quick to learn new software systems and apps (prior experience with platforms like Jobber is a plus). • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in a service-based or operations role is preferred.
