Communal spaces sans drugs & alcohol - don't care what you do in your room. Would appreciate some help around the house due to my injury... Partying days are over and would appreciate someone in the same mindset. Dog/cat allowed - have a cat already (Charles Barkley) and he's super chill albeit a big fluffball.
