Looking for new roommate! Hi! My current roommate is leaving and I'm looking for someone interested in taking his place starting July 1st. I'm located at 825 jupiter dr in the metro view apartments in a 2bed / 2bath apartment. This area is awesome. Walking distance from grocery store, coffee shop, great dane (restaurant/bar) and more! Also there's a farmers market/ food trucks that come in the spring just up the street! The apartment has central air, in unit laundry, large patio, big windows with lots of sunlight! Theres a small weight room and rec room as well. I have the apartment fully furnished and If you need i can furnish the second bedroom as well. (Bed, desk, tv stand, tv) no extra cost or anything. I just have extra stuff so if you need it feel free. If you have things you need to bring then I can move it out as well. 🐶🐶 I have 2 weiner dogs both 6yo! 1 boy, 1 girl. They're both chill loungers! Not destructive or annoying, these guys like to hang around and cuddle. Unfortunately my apartment has a limit of 2 pets so we would not be able to bring in anymore. (If I could I would!) It is a 12 month lease. Rent will be $845/month +utilities. If you have any other questions please let me know!!
