We have two different types of units here. One is our standard all private studio w/a private bathroom. The second type of unit is a private studio with a shared private restroom that you would share with one to two other private studios. Yes, the studios are separated and each has their own amenities just as if you had roommates. We run weekly specials on occasion which is even a bigger deal on the low rates we already have.
