I have 1 room for rent in my 6 Bedroom house. I’m offering it on a weekly basis for $225. Shared bathroom with fem@les. I am only renting this room out until middle of August. My kids leave for the summer and I am renting out one of their rooms. This is meant to be a temporary living situation for those who need a place for a few weeks. Backyard is huge! Feel free to enjoy it. This room is meant for a fem@le as everyone else upstairs is a fem@le. Since they are fem@le, it’s best to keep it that way. They are quiet and respectful. Rent: $225 weekly Duration: June 27th to August 9th Deposit: $300 (pet is +$100) Utilities: All of them included Notice: 2-weeks notice Income: Show me proof of 30 days of pay stubs. About me and household: 35 year old professional, asian, works a lot, love my kids, likes good food, not home a lot, likes the Lakers, salsa and bachata occasionally.
