Nice fourth generation Outback Limited for sale, currently with 177K miles Second owner since 2016, purchased from a friend with 80K miles on it Runs well, no mechanical issues. Only 11K miles driven since 2020. Current known issues: 1. Rust spots on both rear wheel wells 2. Release lever mechanism to fold down ⅔ rear seat broken. Has been repaired with a zip tie handle so it functions 3. Stereo occasionally powers itself off, will usually power itself on again within a few minutes but sometimes longer. Can go months between incidents 4. Air conditioning not blowing cold 5. Passenger side rearview mirror scraped by deer, held on with Zip tape. Still adjustable via interior controls 6. Rear driver side tire has a slow leak, requiring air to be added at least once a week (suspect the problem is with the valve) Significant repairs last several years: 1. New timing chain 2018 2. Replaced sub frame in 2020 3. Replaced emergency brake 6/21 4. Replaced rear hatch struts 6/22 5. Front ball joints replaced 6/23 6. Replaced front brakes/rotors 6/23 7. Center and rear brake lines replaced 6/23 8. Center drive shaft replaced 11/23 9. Transmission pan replaced 11/23 10. Replaced rear brake pads/rotors 5/25 11. Less significantly, all three wiper blades were recently replaced. I don’t remember when the tires were replaced but they passed inspection last July. No plates or insurance, so no driving until after sale and new registration. There is a lien on the title from the original owner that was paid off 15 years ago. I had no problem registering it and neither will a new owner. that said, I did just request a lien release letter from the bank and they are mailing it. Cash only. Please do not call, text only.
