URGENTLY seeking sublet to carry lease at the Ashford apartments until May 31, 2026. Sublet will be living with my current roommate who is working and paying half of the rent. Rent is $1400 a month, so splitting rent will result in $700 a month including electrical utilities ONLY. The unit is a two-bed, one bath with dishwasher and electric stovetop. Unit was refurbished last year, has hardwood floors, and air-conditioning. There are washers and dryers located in the storage area of the apartment building, otherwise, there is a laundromat across the street. My roommate and I have furnished the unit with a sofa and television, but there is room to furnish if interested. Sublet will take over my room which has personal closet space and plenty of space for a desk and a queen size bed. Sublet will also have the opportunity to use my parking spot located in the back of the building. The Ashford residence has strong no smoking, no pet policies, so it is important to adhere to those rules. Sublet will have the option to re-sign the year lease by the end of March 2026, if interested. This should be conducted in agreement with any person(s) living in the unit.
