This is a private bedroom inside a large, charming old farmhouse. 1 bedroom: $250 per week/single person, with shared bathroom. Wifi, Dish Network, comfy new beds. Deposit of $250 at time of reservation. Singles ONLY ~ no couples, no one under 21, no exceptions... Large acre of grass for pets to play and run! Pet sitting available. Must have a full time job and working vehicle.... NOTE::::: We do not give tours or do same day reservations! Guests are welcome to bring pets (NO large or attack type dogs!), petsitting is available: $15/day. Lots of asphalt parking in rear. Great views of Redding city lights!
