Kleenco Construction of Chattanooga, TN is accepting applications for a project manager position. We are a commercial civil construction contractor providing repair services for retail chain companies. We are looking for a candidate who has commercial concrete repair/replacement experience that can manage projects. This position will consist of onsite pre-construction meetings, scheduling/coordination of work in phases, quality control/assurance, supplier/material procurement, as-build drawings, change order processing, project close out, and customer acceptance of projects subcontracted. Training will be provided for the administrative requirements of this position and all required equipment will be provided. This is a full-time position that will require travel (East of MS river, OH south through FL). The average work week is 7-8 days periods with 3-4 days off in between assignments. This position requires that the candidate has a Class A CDL license allowing them to drive the company assigned 1 ton service truck w/ trailer. The truck/trailer is to haul a skid steer and materials to/from/and between projects. The gross weight of the truck, trailer, and skid steer is <26,000 lbs and is non-air brake. The truck is a late model 4500 RAM w/ service bed. This position is NOT a working position on the crew; the labor is typically subcontracted on these types of projects. The candidate is not required to live in or near Chattanooga as long as they are able to commute to/from the office between assignments. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years commercial concrete experience. Repair/replacement experience preferred. • Ability to travel 5 days/nights at a time for onsite project management. • Computer experiences including emailing, sending attachments, Microsoft word/excel. • Able to pass background check, drug test, and has a clean MVR with no moving violations in the last year/ no more than 3 in 3 years. • Hold or able to obtain a Class A or B CDL license. • Professional, able to manage time, team member. Compensation: • This is a salary position. The pay will be determined at the time of interview based on the candidates experience level.
