Job Title: Landscape Construction Division Manager Company: Seattle Sustainable Landscapes Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience About Us: Seattle Sustainable Landscapes is a fast-growing, family-owned landscape design-build firm rooted in craftsmanship, sustainability, and exceptional client service. We specialize in high-quality residential landscape construction and maintenance across the Seattle area, blending native planting, innovative hardscapes, efficient irrigation, and outdoor lighting to create stunning outdoor environments. As our company continues to scale, we’re seeking a strategic and experienced leader to take the helm of our Landscape Construction Division and help shape the future of our construction operations. About the Role: The Landscape Construction Division Manager will oversee all aspects of our construction operations, from pre-construction planning through final walkthroughs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing multiple crews, collaborating closely with designers and project managers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the landscape construction division Supervise multiple construction crews and crew leads Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of construction staff Develop, implement, and refine construction systems and workflows Review project designs and scopes to ensure constructability and efficiency Collaborate with designers, project managers, sales team, and owners to ensure seamless handoffs and team alignment Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and crew performance Work closely with the project manager to monitor budgets, timelines, and change orders Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and innovation within the division Represent the construction team in leadership meetings and planning Qualifications: 10+ years of landscaping experience, with strong field knowledge of site prep, hardscapes, planting, irrigation, lighting, and drainage 5+ years of experience in landscape construction management Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and build scalable systems Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing, material logistics, and project budgeting Excellent organizational and communication skills Familiarity with project management tools, estimates, and time tracking software (Aspire or similar a plus) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience working with high-end residential clients Experience mentoring and developing crew leads into future managers Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $90,000–$125,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonuses PTO and paid holidays Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth A positive, team-focused culture that values craftsmanship and innovation How to Apply: If you’re an experienced landscape construction leader ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
