Duties: Observational reporting on health and status of plants Plant pruning of mothers and clones (transplant, top, foliar feed, pruning, defanning, trellising, spacing etc.) Assists in weekly cloning sessions Helps with watering moms and clones Maintain a clean environment Repair/upgrade equipment as necessary Qualifications Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds, comfortable working with heights of up to 20+ feet, work in warm/humid environments, work under bright lights and work in dark areas with green supplemental lights, be over the age of 21.
