For sale is my 2008 Nissan Frontier 4x4. This truck is a crew cab/long bed, so it offers tons of practicality and space for cargo and passengers. Included is a color-matching mid-rise Leer canopy, which is lined for condensation management and a bit of extra insulation when camping in the bed. This truck has been a reliable companion for me over the last several years, and has been well-maintained. I have owned the truck since 156k miles. I recently upgraded the suspension with new Bilstein 4600 shocks and AllDogs Offroad front springs (OE ride height). I'm including a summary of the truck's maintenance under my ownership, and the main things a buyer should be aware of. This truck is perfect for someone who wants a reliable, well-maintained and affordable adventure rig or utility vehicle. The good: All maintenance has been done on time and as needed during my ownership. Most fluid changes I did myself, as well as the recent suspension upgrade, so I know the truck. Until recently, I've planned on keeping this vehicle long-term, so I've maintained it to last as long as possible. Details below. Truck runs and drives great. The v6 is smooth and has tons of torque for a mid-size. The underbody is clean with minimal rust (frame is in great shape). New suspension has improved the ride and handling. 4WD works well, AC blows cold. Truck came with an aftermarket stereo which works just fine. Tow hitch/wiring/lights are good. The canopy is perfect for camping with the mid-rise profile and lining - if you build a bed platform, this would be an excellent adventure rig that you could live in on the road, with plenty of off-road capability. The not-so-good: Paint/clear coat is faded in a few spots from sun exposure, as is typical in an older vehicle. The rear fender flares are rusted in a semi-typical spot for Frontiers, right above the rear wheels. This could be taken care of with body work, but I haven't done it because it doesn't affect the driving or structural integrity of the vehicle. Aesthetically it doesn't look great, but the underbody and frame are clean and there's no concerning rust on anything structural. The current Toyo AT2 tires are fine in the dry, but are getting low on tread and will need replacement for winter driving and off-road traction. How I've maintained it: Regular oil changes every 5000 miles with Mobil1 synthetic oil. Cabin and engine air filters changed regularly. Rear brake pads and rotors replaced at 158k. Brake fluid and power steering fluid flushed and changed at 158k. Parking brake shoes and hardware changed at 158k. Front and rear differential and transfer case fluid changed at 163k. AllDogs Offroad Diff Breather mod installed. Valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and front wheel bearings replaced at ~165k. Transmission fluid changed at 167k. Crankshaft position sensor replaced at 169k. Front and rear shocks replaced with Bilstein 4600's at 188k. Sway bar end links and front springs also replaced. Alignment done. Front brake pads replaced at 188k
