Tiny House amazing land and gardens. 5-minute walk to the West River, 30-minute walk to town on the new West River trail, 8 minute drive to EXIT 3, route 91 and 10 minute drive to down town Brattleboro! ( note :COMPOSTING toilet, tub and sink but NO RUNNING WATER) we pay electric you pay heat ( propane from 600 to 900 a winter ). Looking for good folks who understand what their getting and what they are not. NEEDED: first last and security, lease, and references... willing to talk over.
