Here are some very cool 1940's Ice Cream placards that came from an old soda shop in Hollywood, California that was located at Schwabs Pharmacy on Sunset Blvd. Torn down in the early 80's its soda fountain was visited by countless movie stars and those trying to get discovered! Lana Turner was said to have been discovered there at the age of 16 by a Hollywood director. I actually purchased these placards at an auction held in Hollywood, California in 1984 which was selling ephemera from Schwabs. If interested please call Jerry in Joppa, Md Thanks!
