Looking for a hardworking, organized individual for a Pantry/Garde Manger position. Ideal candidate would be reliable, able to work a five-day work week, adept at multitasking, and attentive. The position will be responsible the fabrication and production of cold foods and salads. Position mostly handles cold food preparation for banquette events & nightly dinner service.
