We are looking for dedicated and dynamic full time and part time Front Desk Agents to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your role is essential in maintaining high guest satisfaction levels and fostering a positive image of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. - Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. - Process payments and provide accurate billing information to guests. - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests. - Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. - Assist in managing reservations and room assignments. - Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities. - Handle any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus. - Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera). - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
