Looking for a CPA or Enrolled Agent with 5+ years public accounting experience plus bookkeeping experience. Quickbooks bookkeeping for small business experience required. Lacerte experience is a plus. Client base is small business and high net worth individuals. Our firm offers flexibility that is unavailable at large CPA firms. Some flexibility with hours. Position Overview Reporting to the Managing Director, the Office Manager oversees day to day business operations—including full cycle bookkeeping, payroll, and global shipping coordination—while providing exceptional internal customer service to our production, sales, and parts teams. Job Summary: The Accounting Clerk is at the service of the Pauline Books and Media Publishing House, Book Centers, and Exhibits. The Accounting Clerk assists in maintaining accurate records by creating Journal Entries, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries and researching discrepancies.
