We are a growing, dynamic company operating in two offices – Cincinnati and Worthington – and we are looking for a seasoned Senior Tax and Accounting Manager to join our leadership team. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail oriented Senior Tax and Accounting Manager to lead our tax planning, compliance and financial reporting functions in our Cincinnati office. This role is critical in ensuring our clients remain compliant with all federal, state and local tax regulations and maintaining accurate financial records and reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have deep technical tax knowledge, a strong accounting background, and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance and Strategy - Manage and review corporate, partnership, trust, exempt and individual tax filings (federal, state and local) - Lead tax planning and strategy efforts to minimize tax liability and optimize savings for clients - Monitor changes in tax laws and assess the impact on clients Accounting Oversight - Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes for clients - Ensure accurate financial statement preparation - Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis functions Leadership and Collaboration - Lead and mentor a small team of accountants and tax professionals Qualifications - Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) - CPA certification required - Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in tax and accounting - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Compensation and Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience - Annual bonus potential - Health, dental and vision insurance - Retirement plan with company match - Generous PTO and paid holidays - Professional development support

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an accounting capacity (preferred). A focus on teamwork and flexibility, as well as the capacity to work well under pressure. The Role: We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to take ownership of our administrative operations. You’ll be the backbone of the office — handling billing, bookkeeping, licensing, insurance paperwork, and keeping the business organized. You’ll work directly with leadership and help ensure our job sites, vendors, and compliance are always in check. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Generate and track client invoices, follow up on unpaid bills, and coordinate with QuickBooks.
