Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling numbers and office tasks? We’re looking for a reliable Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Duties: • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks • Record daily financial transactions, process accounts payable/receivable • Bank and credit card reconciliations • Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking • Assist with preparing financial reports • Support tax preparation and filings Administrative Duties: • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) • Order office supplies and manage inventory • Provide general support to management and staff Qualifications: • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information Bonus If You Have: • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or truss industry • Familiarity with job costing or inventory systems • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Why Work with Us?
