The former owner did major work on the front end, so its solid. I personally put new serpentine belt, spark plugs, electronic coils, 6 new fuel injectors, transmission fluid change, oil flushed and on schedule. Tires are not new but really good. Breaks are not new but really good. The only downside to this vehicle are the seats. The seats are cracked leather, both front and back. They're worn, and quite frankly don't look very nice. If you're looking for a solid vehicle, one that you can rely on, this is it. You don't need to do anything to it. Price is firm.
