Your Pay and Benefits You will be paid $16.50 an hour for the sleep shifts above You will be offered 40 annual hours of paid sick leave You will be paid 1.5 x for any overtime over 40 hours a week. We also pay $20.00 a month toward your data plan. You will be enrolled in CalSavers IRA saving plan if you so choose You will be paid .70 cents a mile for every mile driven for work Requirements You will drive for any unlikely emergencies, so you must have your own insured, clean, reliable automobile with at least two seat belts, a clean driving record (we will check). Because you will do some training and logging online, you must be computer literate, have access to a laptop for training, access to daily email and your own cell phone, preferably a smart phone. Because there is potential (rare) driving involved in the job, you cannot be on any medication with a drowsiness or driving warning or that limits driving. You must have a current CPR certification or arrange for one within 30 days. You must speak very clear English as your client sometimes has difficulty understanding language. You must write clear English as there is daily written documentation. A college degree is not required but you must be a drug-free, working in a smoke free environment, with a happy heart.
