Position Overview: The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the daily dispatch of delivery drivers, ensuring packages are distributed accurately, routes are optimized, and warehouse operations run smoothly. This position plays a key role in communication between warehouse management, drivers, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Assign and dispatch drivers for daily delivery routes. Monitor route performance and delivery progress throughout the day. Communicate with drivers to resolve route issues, delays, or package discrepancies. Ensure all packages are accurately scanned, loaded, and tracked. Maintain up-to-date route logs, manifests, and reports. Support warehouse staff during sort and load operations. Enforce company policies regarding safety, compliance, and attendance. Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency with dispatch or logistics software a plus. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
