Duties: This client is seeking a skilled and reliable individual with hands-on experience in general household repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, replacing light bulbs in high fixtures, repairing grout in tile flooring, bathrooms, and the kitchen, removing built-in cabinetry, power washing outdoor entertaining areas and clearing cobwebs, and overseeing specialized vendors for more complex projects. Requirements: The ideal candidate will be available to dedicate one full 8-hour day per week working on-site at the residence. They will bring prior experience supporting a private household with comparable responsibilities and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with principals, household staff, and preferred vendors. This individual will have the judgment to identify which projects fall within their own skill set and when to delegate or coordinate with outside vendors, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
